The Happy Home Church is located at the corner of Owens and Wallbridge Roads.

The Trysil Lutheran Church at its original location northeast of Clayton. It was moved to Deer Park and stands majesticaly just west of the old Deer Park High School, now the Deer Park City Hall.

The Open Door Congregational Church is located on Main Street in Deer Park. It is Deer Park's oldest Church.

Thanks to the Deer Park Gazzette for showing this Lawrence Zimmerer photo of the Open Door Congregational Church when it replaced the Boarding House combination Sunday School building.

Clayton Community Church today. It's a sensational success story. The current Pastor has his heart and soul in the Congregation and the community.

Deer Park's Open Door Congregational Church in 1941, our thanks to Tom Olsen.

Another view of Trysil Lutheran Church circa 1940 before it was moved to Deer Park to become Zion Lutheran.

Gerhard Norby's Confirmation Certificate from Trysil Lutheran Church, 1925. If you know anything about Pastor Theo Neste, let us know!

In 1889, a Methodist Episcopal Church was organized by Milton Anderson and this building was erected in 1893, on the present church grounds. It was later struck by lightning and burned.

Probably built long before lower Stevens and northern Spokane County's even had settlers. When Church's were upper most in mind. Compliments of the Kettle Falls Stevens County photo gallary.

Is this Lawrence Zimmerer photo of a church or a school? Let us know what you think!

Seventh Day Adventist Church

Though this is not a Church it is still most highly reveered in the Clayton, Deer Park, Loon Lake Community. Can you place it?

Southwest of Deer Park out on the prairie stands the Wildrose United Methodist Church surrounded by the most serene countryside. Beautiful farms in all directions.

Loon Lake Assembly of God Church

First Baptist Church of Deer Park.

Church of the Wildwood near Deer Park

Free Grace Church of Deer Park Wa.

Faith Lutheran

An Old fashioned Churh in Old fashioned Loon Lake Wa.

Hilltop Community Church of Deer Park.

The old Zion Lutheran parsonage was the Greenhouse for many years.

One Constant remains over time. The unparraleled Beauty of the Congregatioal Open Bible Church of Deer Park Washington.

Built in 1833 by the Northern Stevens County Jesuits. Exactly when this picture was taken is not clear. But it was plenty long enough for the building to deteriate and early enough for the patrons to be early early 1900s at the latest. Compliments of the Kettle Falls Historical Society.

Christ's Church of Deer Park.

Zion Lutheran Church.

St. Mary's Presentation Catholic Church.

At long last, what appeared to be the easiest to find has become the most elusive. We are still looking for an historic picture of the original Catholic Church in Clayton. We are in the midst of a mystery.

Deer Park Nazarene Church.

Although the Clayton Catholic Church has been closed for many years it still stands, solid as a rock. Now privatly owned. The walls being over a foot thick because the old Wooden Structure that stood across from the Renner home was moved to the present location and Brick now has replaced the wooden exterior.

Woodland Cemetery was made possible by the investment and donation of Mr. W Short and Mr. Olaf Olsen. The Deed Certificate is dated March 31, 1908 and was donated to our Society by Grandson Mr. Thomas Olsen.
